Terms:	This Auction will be held via Internet and On site at the business location. Live Auction will take place Monday June 21, 2010 at 11:00 AM PST. (2:00 PM EST). The Auction will close when the live portion closes on June 21, 2010. All bids must be placed prior to this time. Removal of Items: Unless otherwise stated, all purchased lots should be removed within (48) hours of the close of Auction. Please call for more information on Removal of Items. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items during the scheduled removal times. No refunds will be given as a result of inability to pick up your items. All items left on the premises after the removal times will be considered abandoned and are subject to additional storage or disposal charges. Please bid accordingly. Charges: A 15% Buyers Premium will be charge on all auction purchases. If your total bid purchases is $100.00 your total with the Buyers Premium will be $115.00. Sales Tax: California State Sales Tax will also be collected. If you are buying for resale, please fax your resale permit to us prior to the close of Auction. Please fax your resale permit to 714-539-1315. It is the buyer's responsibility to send us your resale permit. At the conclusion of the Auction, your credit card on file will automatically be charged for the total amount of purchases. Credit Cards charges will appear by: Auction Services.
