Terms:	This Auction will be held via Internet running simultaneously with live ONSITE Auction on Saturday 12:00 Noon. Bidding will begin at 12 Noon PST /3:00 PM EST) All bids must be while the auction is running and open. Estimated auction run time 1-1:30 hours. Removal of Items: All items purchased must be removed within (48) hours of the close of the Auction. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items during the scheduled removal times. No refunds will be given as a result of inability to pick up your items. All items left on the premises after the removal times will be considered abandoned and are subject to additional storage or disposal charges. Please bid accordingly. Charges: A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all auction purchases. If your total bid purchase is $100.00 your total with the Buyers Premium will be $110.00. Sales Tax: California State Sales Tax will also be collected. If you are buying for resale, please fax your resale permit to us prior to the close of Auction. Please fax your resale permit to 714-539-1315. It is the buyer's responsibility to send us your resale permit. DMV Registration: CA Residents will also be responsible to pay for DMV licensing registration fees on all purchased vehicles. Buyer is only responsible for paying current registration on their vehicle purchase. Auction Announcements: Government Title: Government Vehicle and all smog/registration/sales tax will be the buyer's responsibility. Lien Sale Papers: Vehicle will be sold with Lien Sale Papers which will act as a title to the Vehicle. All smog/registration/sales tax will be the buyer's responsibility. Any questions regarding any Auction Announcements should be asked prior to the Auction. At the conclusion of the Auction, your credit card on file will automatically be charged for the total amount of purchases. Credit Card charges will appear by: Auction Services. Please make sure the credit card on file has enough available credit to complete your purchase. A final note: Please wait for Auction purchase invoice to be emailed after the Auction for Purchase confirmation and for pickup of vehicle. We do not recommend picking up vehicle without your Auction invoice and confirmation. Please be advised that some items in the Auction are posted with Reserve prices. This means that the Reserve price has to be met and/or exceeded to win the bid on the item. If a bidder has the highest bid at the end of an auction but has not met the Reserve price on an item then the bidder will not be the successful bidder on that item.
