Removal of Items: All items purchased must be removed by within (48) hours of close of Auction or by the next business day. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items during the scheduled removal times. No refunds will be given as a result of inability to pick up your items. All items left on the premises after the removal times will be considered abandoned and are subject to additional storage or disposal charges. Please bid accordingly. Charges: A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged on all auction purchases. If your total bid purchase is $100.00 your total with the Buyers Premium will be $115.00. Sales Tax: California State Sales Tax will also be collected. If you are buying for resale, please fax your resale permit to us prior to the close of Auction. Please fax your resale permit to 714-539-1315. It is the buyer's responsibility to send us your resale permit. At the conclusion of the Auction, your credit card on file will automatically be charged for the total amount of purchases. Credit Card charges will appear by: Auction Services. Please make sure the credit card on file has enough available credit to complete your purchase. Auction Hold Harmless: The Auction Company provides item information to the best of its knowledge. Auction Company is not responsible for condition of item and/or any defects in items. If for whatever reason Auction cannot deliver a purchased item then Auction Company will cancel said bid. The auction's sole liability shall be the return of any deposit or monies paid on such non-delivered lot. Bidder agrees that the sole remedy available to bidder is to cancel that bid and return any monies paid towards that item. All items are sold AS-IS. No Warranties expressed or implied.
