When do you have your Auctions?
Our LIVE Auctions are held every Tuesday at 7 PM and Saturday at 12 NOON.
Online Auctions are usually posted weekly running Monday-Friday, usually closing on Friday afternoons.
Where do you get your inventory from?
Our inventory comes from a variety of different places. For vehicles, we obtain our inventory from Banks & Finance Companies (Repo'd Units), Government & Police Agencies (Surplus units), Credit Unions, Fleet Lease, Private Consignments & others.
For personal property, our inventory is usually obtained also by Government & Police Seized, Manufacturer surplus, Business Liquidations & other sources.
Are there any minimum bids?
For our online Auctions, each lot will have a starting bid price to which potential bidders must bid at to inititiate the Auction on that lot. Once the bid is initiated on an item, then bidders will bid against each other until the close of the Auction. You are considered the sinning bidder on an item if you have the last highest bid on that item. The item description will tell you if you are the current highest bidder or if you will need to bid again.
Do you handle shipping if I am bidding from out of state?
We are happy to accommodate our buyers with shipping of their purchased lots for both vehicles and personal property. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for the shipping and make payment for the shipping.
How do I pay for my purchased items?
Final payment for all purchased items must be made within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. Local bidders may make arrangements to come into our main office to make final payment and pickup their purchased items. For out of state bidders, payment can be made by credit card and items must be shipped within 72 hours of close of bidding. Forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Debit/ATM Cards. Please note: If paying by credit card, proper identification will be required at completion of payment.
Can I inspect items prior to bidding?
Yes you can. For Vehicles, we have open inspection of available vehicles on Tuesday Nights (5:00 – 7:00 PM) and Saturday mornings (9:00 AM – 12 NOON). All other days by appointment only. For all other items, inspection times will be posted per Auction.
If I am planning on purchasing a vehicle through your Auction, can I finance my purchase?
Yes you can. You may get pre-approved with Bank or Finance Company of your choice and use that pre-approval on a vehicle purchase at the Auction.
If you are not pre-approved with your own financial institution, you can submit a credit application with us. Please note that financing is offered on approved credit and must be arranged prior to bidding on any vehicle. Please call for more information regarding financing.
Are there any warranties on Auction items?
All items are sold AS-IS through the Auctions.
Vehicles: On vehicle purchases, all vehicles are smoged unless otherwise announced. An additional Service Contract can be purchased which cover basic components on a car: Engine Transmission & Drive Train. Cost of Service Contracts range from $299-599.00 and range from 3 months to 5 years.
